The Santa Barbara Independent further reserves the right to require you to cease displaying, distributing or otherwise using any or all of the RSS feeds for any reason, including but not limited to, your commercial use of the RSS feeds or any other violation of these terms and conditions.

The Santa Barbara Independent shall not be liable for your use of the RSS feeds or for any of your activities in connection with the RSS feeds.
