History

Hot Lava first erupted at the Oaks Parent/ Child Workshop (a preschool), where a group of musical parents coalesced to entertain the kids. Hot Lava has played at the Art and Jazz Festival, Solstice, Chalk for Peace, Stow House, various fundraisers, etc. The next gig they have booked is the California Lemon Festival.
