Volunteer Trail work: Jesusita Trail

Description: The Santa Barbara Mountain Bike Trail Volunteers will be hosting a trail maintenance event on Jesusita Trail Saturday December 1st in coordination with the Los Padres Forest Service.
The early crew or A Team will meet 8:30am at the Cater Water Treatment plant on San Roque Rd. Those who wish to start later or the B Team will meet at 12 noon at the Cater Water Treatment plant on San Roque Rd. We will be doing a bit of brushing and repairing some water control structures.
Wear boots, long pants, long sleeves, and bring plenty of water and a lunch.
Tools, helmets, and gloves will be provided (bring own gloves, helmet if you have'em). Instruction on tool use techniques and safety will also be provided.
Around 3:00pm the work will end for the day and Santa Barbara Chicken Ranch BBQ and beverages will be available for free...to all of the day's volunteers.
