Description: The chill of winter has begun to set in... time to cozy up with the kids and a good book in front of a roaring fire. Whats the latest forcast? Scholastic is holding it’s annual Book Fair Blizzard at Montecito’s All Saints By The Sea Parish School! This years Book Fair Blizzard, co chaired by Montecito moms Lyla Clyne and Kelly Walker, is far more than a book sale, it’s an extraordinary sensory experience where kids get to choose the books they want and love to read. This year Scholastic has provided All Saints with a flurry of great titles for early readers through elementary levels--such as Snow Bear, The Golden Compass, Alice the Fairy, The Homework Machine, the Cow Who Clucked, and hundreds more-- plus enchanting artwork by renowned artist Mark Teague, illustrator of the How Do Dinosaurs Say Goodnight series. A percentage of proceeds will go toward improving the All Saints Parish School library, which offers the earliest readers the opportunity to be swept up in a whirlwind of words and images, kooky characters and magical lands as they discover the enchantment of reading! Bring the family by and 'Chill Out With a Good Book' at this years All Saints Scholastic Book Fair!
