Description: This class meets many companies’ Cal/OSHA requirements. This comprehensive course trains individuals to prevent, prepare for and respond to any type of workplace emergency. Participants will learn and practice adult CPR, rescue breathing, choking rescue, use of an automated external defibrillator (AED) and the following first aid skills: bleeding control, treatment of burns, fractures, sprains, strains, seizures, poisoning, heat and cold emergencies.
