Description: There will be a short ceremony commemorating the anniversary. The featured speaker will be Ann Wright, U.S. Army Colonel (retired) and a former State Department official. She will be introduced by Steve Sherrill, the local carpenter and founder of the memorial. The public is warmly invited to attend and participate in the event.
