Cuidarnos y Cuidar a Otros is part of a broader initiative sponsored by La Casa De Maria to enhance elder and end of life care giving. This workshop is designed for Spanish speaking caregivers. It will teach wellness practices using a popular education methodology. Practices such as Tai Chi, meditation and visualization, acupressure and other mind-body-spirit practices will help caregivers avoid burnout and expand their skills in offering care to those they serve.
