Description: Ladies and gentlemen, boys and ghouls, the Santa Barbara Youth Council and the City’s Teen Programs are back with a vengeance! The Reaper kindly invites one and all to the infamous Haunted House of Horrors. You are double-dared to enter and try to survive the haunts. You’ll encounter new twists and turns like never before! Bring the whole family…there’s no reason for you to be scared alone!
