This fall, Four Seasons Resort restaurant Bella Vista will feature a monthly series of unique multi-course dinner experiences featuring innovative, fresh cuisine by Executive Chef Martin Frost specially prepared to complement wines selected by a local winemaker, who will be on hand to talk about the selections. Limited seating ensures an opportunity for a "one-on-one" exploration into the insight and philosophy of both winemaker and chef.
In September, owner/ winemaker Bryan Babcock of Babcock Winery & Vineyards, who the Los Angeles Times has called one of the "Ten Best Winemakers of the Year" and "Most Courageous Winemaker of the Year" for his daring style, will feature their current "Terroir Exclusives" wines from their renowned Santa Rita Hills winery.
