Description: Ambassador Vicki Huddleston is a Visiting Fellow, Brookings Institute where she is leading the "Cuba: Transition Project" with Brookings’ Vice President Carlos Pascual. This project will determine the best USG policies towards Cuba based on the work and advice of a Core Group of international experts, academics and opinion leaders. Vicki has had extensive experience with Cuba, having served as Chief of Mission at the US Interests Section in Havana and as Director and Deputy Director of Cuban Affairs of the Department of State.
