S.B. International Orchid Show Preview for Flower Empower
Benefitting the Dream Foundation, the nation’s first and largest wish-granting organization for adults who are battling life-limiting illness.

Description: Each week, Flower Empower volunteers bring flowers donated by local growers, as well as home-made cookies and cards designed by local schoolchildren, to hospitals, hospices, care facilities and private residences throughout Santa Barbara. Its mission is to remind these individuals that they are not alone and that their community cares. Since the program’s inception in June of 1994, Flower Empower has made over 20,000 flower deliveries, delivering hope and compassion one flower at a time. Booths are setup each Friday morning at the Montecito Farmer’s Market and each Saturday at the Santa Barbara Farmer’s Market.
The ticket price to the preview night includes wine and hors d’oeuvres.
