Music, Movement and Fun!

January 14 - March 17 (8 Mondays)

When: Monday, Jan. 14, 2008, 9:30 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Where: Rm. 15, Wake Center, 300 N. Turnpike Rd.

Age limit: 2+

Categories: Kids & Teens

Description: Children two to five years of age and their parents and caregivers discover and explore the influence of music, movement and expression, through musical activities. Playfully, everyone sings and moves, stimulating intellectual and emotional development in the growing child. Learn poetic lyrics, rhythmic song and movement, whole body coordination, quiet time for mind organization, thought-provoking processes, and instrument introduction. Caregivers learn how to enhance early brain development and creative expression, as supported by new research and sound music models.
Instructor: Vicki Robinson, M.A. $10 optional materials fee.
