Description: Tihomirov's art varies from works that vibrate with color, emotion, and symbolism to an austere monochromatic surrealism, swathed in mystery, to an eastern fairy tale style. The thread that runs through his varied styles is that each image has a mythic impact, the sense that there is a larger story.
The opening reception for Tihomirov's work will benefit Angels Bearing Gifts, a local non-profit that aids and empowers disabled children and adults, and will feature live music from Bill Proctor.
