Description: Learn to fish or to improve fishing skills with llocal anglers who will teach sessions on their personal fishing passions.
Fishing for trout, bass, crappie, and bluegill; saltwater fishing; casting; knot-tying; flyfishing, and fishing Cachuma Lake are the topics to be covered by expert fisherfolk, both men and women. An introduction by Mike Moropoulos will introduce venues to fish in the vicinity in addition to Cachuma Lake.
S.B. Fish and Game Commission is underwriting the cost of this event, covering token bags of tackle for each participant. No equipment is needed to participate.
Pre-registration is recommended, as a maximum of fifty participants will be enrolled.
