Coast Boast Hike and BBQ

with the Citizens Planning Foundation

When: Saturday, May 3, 2008, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Where: Arroyo Hondo Preserve, Gaviota Coast, 4.5 miles past Refugio State Beach, Santa Barbara

Cost: $15 - $25

Description: Join us for a docent-led walk or hike and a BBQ lunch, and discover the wonders of the "Jewel of the Gaviota Coast," the beautiful 782-acre Arroyo Hondo Preserve, a magnificent canyon west of Santa Barbara between Refugio State Beach and Gaviota State Park.
It doesn't matter if you're up for joining a docent on a more strenuous hike or a moderate walk, or would just like to leisurely walk on your own, you'll have a great time. We have done this event annually for the past few years, and people love it!

Tickets includes parking, entrance fee, and lunch: $25 adults; $15 children (12 & under) and students
Proceeds benefit local nonprofit Citizens Planning Foundation.

2) Include a note with your check or send us an email indicating your email address*, the full names of everyone in your party, and number of vegetarians for lunch.
