Description: Speaker Ruth Andrew Ellenson, editor of The Modern Jewish Girl’s Guide to Guilt: 28 women tell the truth about all the things their rabbis (or parents) warned them NEVER to discuss in public.
The Woman of Valor Awards will be presented to honorees Judith Kahan and Bernice Weider for their many contributions to the community.
The Women’s Philanthropy Luncheon raises funds to support Jewish Federation’s programs and social services that benefit those in need locally, in Israel, and around the world. Cultural and educational programs sponsored by Jewish Federation are open to all, often free of charge.
