Description: A monthly support group for women with heart disease is forming through WomenHeart: A National Coalition of Women with Heart Disease. Our group will be facilitated by Evan McCabe RN MN, spokesperson for the organization as well as being a patient with heart disease. If you are looking for an upbeat, inspiring group of women and have any form of heart disease, please join us for support, education, and advocacy for this disease. Please RSVP.
