Description: The S.B. Folkdance Club started in 1947. During the ensuing years, hundreds of dances from many parts of the world have been learned and performed by its members. This year, club members and the public in general can enjoy the music, dance and songs of Bulgaria. Kabile is one of the premier Wedding Bands in Bulgaria. All members of Kabile (a village name) were introduced to the folk dances of Bulgaria as children, and have continued playing that music since that time.
People interested in singing, dancing, and music lessons can contact Luis Goena (805 683-4511) for further information. Private lessons will be available between 1pm and 5pm at the Veterans Memorial Building the day of the concert (times subject to change).
