Just Communities Central Coast presents this workshop exploring sexual orientation, heterosexism, and homophobia.

This one-day training workshop is open to the general public and is for people of all sexual orientations and genders. It is ideal for students, educators, activists, counselors, employers, managers and anyone who wishes to understand and address issues of homophobia and heterosexism in their own lives, their workplaces, and their communities. Just Communities' workshop will allow participants to examine how homophobia and heterosexism play out on personal, group, and social levels, explore oppression theory and how we can take steps to breaking the cycle of homophobia and heterosexism.
Just Communities Central Coast is a community-based social justice organization whose mission is to advance justice by building leadership, fostering change, and dismantling all forms of prejudice, discrimination, and oppression.
