Description:
Approximately 3 million people in the U.S. have Parkinson's-like disorders, 1.5 million of whom have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease. Parkinson's affects all ages - even some children; the fastest growing population being diagnosed is the group made up of 40- to 60-year-olds.
In honor of this special month, an educational symposium that will cover recent research and information on managing symptoms will be offered to all members of the S.B. community.
A continental breakfast will be served.
