Yoga instruction will be followed by a special event to celebrate the release of Clampett and Biff Mithoefer's new book, The Therapeutic Yoga Kit. The guided meditation will be followed live transformational music by Jack Lee.
Cheri Clampett is the founder and director of the Therapeutic Yoga Training Program. She teaches therapeutic yoga at hospitals (including the Cancer Center of Santa Barbara), wellness centers, and yoga centers worldwide. She lives in Santa Barbara.
