Indian music originates from the sounds of nature and was created to bring the body, mind and heart into harmony. Ultimataly it is a journey of returning to the very source of sound. They are the 14th and 15th generation musicians from the oldest city living city on earth, Benares, India. They have traveled the world sharing this music of ancient sounds from the living tradition. Sita has been teaching at the Yoga Center of California for 13 years. Her 19 years of yoga study has now taken her to the subject of music and its important role in yoga practice. $15 prepaid $20 at the door.
