Swimming Dragon Qi Gong is a beautiful and sinuous form that is easy to learn and requires just minutes of daily practice for maximum benefit. It is famous for reducing excess weight, regulating metabolism, balancing hormones and reducing wrinkles. It brings feelings of peace, well-being and serenity to body and mind.

Qi Gong (pronounced "chee gung") exercises are based on the principles of traditional Oriental medicine. They combine movement, breathing and visualization together to cultivate and circulate vital energy (or ch'i) through the body and mind for health, longevity, and spiritual development.

Instructor: Mikhaila Stettler, LAc, MTOM, Dipl Ac, is a proven medical clairvoyant and intuitive artist/healer who bridges the medical arts with the fine arts in a variety of visual, written and performance media. She helps women who want a natural medicine approach that addresses the whole person – body, mind and spirit. With has over 25 years experience in health and wellness care as a clinician (graduating first in her medical school class, Summa Cum Laude), educator and writer, she is also a senior teacher of yoga, qi gong and meditation.

$65 for four classes; please call about cost for individual sessions.
