Description: Highlights of the evening will include a grand red carpet entrance, wine tasting hosted by six of our local Santa Rita Hills wineries, gourmet hors d’oeuvres, and a chocolate tasting bar by Sweet Creations. While you savor these delights, you may browse through the exciting silent and live auction items and place your bids. Dinner is complemented by both the music of Diane Siminski and members of the Lompoc Pops Trio as well as fine wines provided by our local vintners. Turducken, a succulent stuffed boneless chicken inside a stuffed boneless duck, inside a stuffed boneless turkey, served with extravagant side dishes, is the signature dinner, all prepared by local Chef Mike Despres. During the decadent dessert that follows, the lively live auction will take place. Guests are then invited to spend the rest of the evening listening and dancing to Ben Contrares and his band, Black Hills Gold. All proceeds will benefit the Vandenberg Village and Lompoc Libraries.
