Description:
Beloved community icon, Putnam Lee Gillespie aka Putnee, will begin offering a weekly toddler and baby music class at Peanuts starting in August! In this interactive music workshop children will dance, sing, and enact songs, some oldies but goodies and others Putnee originals. Putnam has been sharing the joy of music with Santa Barbara children since 1975. He earned a BA in Psychology and Music from UCSB, and an MA in Child Psychology from Antioch University. He was a family therapist until 1998 when he began singing to kids as a full-time career. His own two children, Alex and Kate, are a great source of inspiration for his musical career.
