The show crosses a variety of geographic borders and genres of photography while maintaining a very accessible style and aesthetic that seems to place the camera in the hands of the viewer. Mr. Winebrenner said, “I’ll be happy if someone, after seeing the work, is inspired to get up and go, to experience places and moments like these for themselves.” Mr. Winebrenner work is represented by Lonely Planet Images. He is a widely published editorial travel and corporate location photographer and video producer with experience in more than 60 countries. A former CPA and business consultant, he escaped the routine of the corporate financial world to pursue a career as a freelance photographer in 2001. He was on the faculty of Brooks Institute for five years and is currently teaching on-line courses at the Eclipse Institute, web based photographic education resource.
He has completed the principle photography for two Rizolli coffee books highlighting Caribbean architecture and design. In April, he began a third Rizolli publication featuring Cuban architecture from the 1500s to 1950.
