The Work of Byron Katie is a simple system of 4 questions and a turnaround that brings immediate relief from painful thoughts, the cause of painful feelings. Katie calls this work "The End of Suffering". Beliefs and assumptions are questioned with the result of a deep sense of freedom, peace and ease.
Ronit will lovingly lead us in how to apply this effective system to our everyday challenges. Ronit's style is gentle, vibrant and enthusiastic. Ronit has a gift for making difficult material simple to understand. Ronit will work with individuals in front of the group to demonstrate the process and everyone will have a chance to do The Work.
Ronit Corry specializes in working with people and inspiring them toward their full potential and a greater sense of self and freedom. She is a Teacher of the Alexander Technique for 19 years and a Life Coach and facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie for 10 years, having completed two of Byron Katie's live-in programs.
