Of Barr’s voice, Leslie Connors’s of Jazz Times says, “There is gold in Santa Barbara and it is personified by the honeyed voice of jazz vocalist Sally Barr.”
Ridah Omri, founder of SOhO, the Jazz Hall of Santa Barbara, and now the Yellow House Concerts, is one of Santa Barbara’s most artistically passionate residents.
