Ginger Around The World

The Bedford Kitchen Crew will be applying ginger, fresh and dried, to a plethora of dishes from around the world from old favorites like curries and roast pork with ginger preserves to new creations like ginger ice cream and gingerbread trifle.

When: Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012, 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.
