Description:
A highly successful woman develops a mental illness and plummets into a world of mental health facilites and a system that has no place for her. To overcome her plight, she must take on the health care system and the courts. At once dramatic, tragic, funny and most importantly --hopeful-Jaguar's Nest will leave audiences thoughtful and inspired. This will be done as a staged reading. Featuring Leslie Story, Rosee McNeel, Bill Waxman, Jerry Oshinsky, Carol Metcalf, Jesi Vasquez, Bill Egan , Martha Sadler and Aden Hailu, with live music by John Enrico Douglas and directed by actor/director/co-writer Ed Giron.
$21.50 General Admission--proceeds benefit People' Self Help Housing.
A Q&A will follow each performance and a VIP reception will also be held for patrons and sponsors from 5:00-6:30 pm on the performance day.
