Dance Day Festival

More than 20 dance companies will perform all over downtown S.B., plus mini dance classes, unique dance and visual/performing arts collaborations, screenings of dance films, and more.

There will be a Multicultural Dance site located in front of the Museum of Art, Aerial dance performers upstairs at Paseo Nuevo Mall, and free ongoing mini dance classes at special downtown locations. Unique collaborations with dance and other visual and performing arts mediums are sure to intrigue. Dance films will be shown in the Museum of Art, and soloist from NYC with her musician will grace the museum galleries as well. The Multicultural line up is full, and a Flashmob is slated to perform down town and in the "Focus on the Funk Zone" event.

Opening commencement to be at Marshall's at 1:00pm. Museum of Art showcase from 1:45 - 2:30 pm. Restaurants will have dancers inside for your dining fun! Raffle to be at closing ceremony, 3pm in front of Marshalls. A detailed map to come! Note - attached photos are of Kali McSweeney & Capoeira Sol Da Bahia.
