Ms. Reeves has recorded and performed extensively with Wynton Marsalis and the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra, recorded with Chicago Symphony Orchestra and has been a featured soloist with Sir Simon Rattle and the Berlin Philharmonic. She was the first Creative Chair for Jazz for the Los Angeles Philharmonic and the first singer to ever perform at the Walt Disney Concert Hall. Ms. Reeves also appeared in the Academy Award-nominated film and soundtrack for Good Night, and Good Luck. The soundtrack recording provided her fourth Best Jazz Vocal Grammy in 2006. Jazz Times has praised her multi-faceted career by saying, “most female vocalists find one musical bag and hang on to it. We’re fortunate that Dianne Reeves doesn’t settle for one style fits all.”
