“Laissez les bon temps rouler” when T-Bone Ramblers entertain at the Santa Ynez Valley Master Chorale’s Mardi Gras fundraiser. The party starts with Louisiana Hurricanes (a French Quarter rum and fruit drink), fiddle and jazz music, Cajun hors d’oeuvres, New Orleans red beans and rice, chopped salad, and southern desserts. Beer (underwritten by Figueroa Mountain Brewery), wine and more Louisiana Hurricanes will be available for purchase. Proceeds from the fundraiser support the Chorale’s mission of “bringing music to life” and youth music programs in the Valley.
Treat your valentine to another evening of fun and dancing. Tap your feet or break a sweat with the T-Bone Ramblers at the Solvang Veterans’ Hall. The Valley band, known for its “dance ability,” will include “La La” Cajun music for those looking for Louisiana in the Valley.
The evening also includes live and silent auctions. Party goers can bid on vacation packages in our valley, Mammoth Lakes, northern California and Canada’s Pacific Rim, helicopter rides, catered dinners with singing waiters, a barbecue for 20, and fine wine and art.
