Description: Join us at East Beach in Santa Barbara beginning in July every Saturday at 8 am for an energizing, strength-building, body-balancing and mind-awakening session with the unique "Danda," a portable rod with a rope attached. Use the rope to explore your possibilities in yoga poses. This system allows you to go "deep" into a pose with confidence. Beginners are welcome. Classes are also offered at other times indoors, at the RussaYog studio at 1905 Cliff Drive.
