No Stress

If you think the holiday jingle “the most wonderful time of the year” might be more accurately sung as “the most stressful time of the year,” an upcoming seminar may be just what the jolly, red-clad man ordered. Organizers for the Art of Living course, which takes place at Grace Lutheran Church from Friday, November 10 to Wednesday, November 15, claim that “a stress-free mind and a disease-free body are the birthrights of every human being; yet, neither at home nor at school do we learn how to handle negative emotions.” The course promises to do just that by teaching stress reduction through breathing techniques, meditation, and yoga.
