Bloc Party Cancels Tour

Drummer Matt Tong’s Lung Collapses

Last Thursday night in Atlanta, Bloc Party‘s drummer Matt Tong rocked so hard that his lung collapsed. After doctors checked him out over the weekend, they gave their recommendation, and it ain’t too good for fans of Bloc Party. The prognonsis: cancel the tour so Tong can heal. However, the headlining band on the tour Panic at the Disco! is keeping the dates and have hired Plain White Ts as an opener until November 26 and Cobra Starship as the opener to round out the tour. bloc%20party%202.jpg
