The last day to register to vote in the upcoming election is Monday, October 23. Voter registration forms can be found at the Department of Motor Vehicles, most city and county offices, as well as the three county election offices—located at 120 East Victoria Street in Santa Barbara, 401 East Cypress Avenue in Lompoc, and 511 East Lakeside Parkway in Santa Maria.
