The Montage Goes Paper on Thursday

For the first time ever, J’Amy Brown’s “Montecito Montage” will be printed on the pages of The Santa Barbara Independent this coming Thursday, November 2. We plan on doing so at least once every month, so that means from time-to-time, you loyal fans will have to hold your breath for a couple days to learn about the latest and greatest in Montecito. But here’s a teaser for Thursday’s column: J’Amy gets to the bottom of Montecito’s confusing alphabet soup of land use and planning agencies, shedding light on a system that still manages to confuse newcomers and long-time villagers alike.
