Mold Forces Children’s Center to Search for New Location

St. Vincent’s Casa Alegria Children’s Center is currently reviewing bids to remove the mold that prompted its directors to close its doors temporarily on 7/26. Program Director Sonia Diaz-Ebadi said the center chose to shut down to protect its clients from the health risk mold poses to young children. The 37 families who frequent the center have been forced to make other arrangements while Casa Alegria searches for a substitute location.
