Body Found at East Beach

An unidentified body was found on East Beach at approximately 6:50 a.m. on 8/23. The body is described in police reports as a Caucasian male, about 40 years old, 5’ 6” tall, 130 pounds, with brown eyes, shaggy brown hair, a receding hairline, and a large scar over the left knee. The cause of death has not been determined, and police are attempting to determine the identity of the deceased with fingerprinting.
