Panelists and speakers include Montecito Bank & Trust CEO Janet Garufis, Merrill Lynch senior financial advisor and vice president Joseph Weiland, Community West Bank commercial loan officer and vice-president Catherine Manset, and Collins & Associates attorney Lani Collins.
