•The Rehabilitation Institute at Santa Barbara (2415 De la Vina St.) unveils its newest exhibit, Local Color, on Saturday, September 1. The show will feature works by members of the Artists of Step One nonprofit organization, which aims to educate the community about arts through its traveling shows.
