School District Finalizes Facilities Master Plan

Finalizing its Facilities Master Plan update last week, the Santa Barbara School District maintained the status quo for schools that share sites within the elementary and secondary districts. As per the board’s 12/4 vote, schools like Cesar Ch¡vez Charter School, Santa Barbara Charter, and Open Alternative will stay at their current locations indefinitely, while La Cumbre Junior High and the Santa Barbara Community Academy will continue cohabiting at the La Cumbre facility.
