Capps, Nava Praise City’s Longest Running Track Club

Santa Barbara’s longest-running independent track club, Club West, was lauded by Representative Lois Capps, Assemblymember Pedro Nava, and county supervisors for its intergenerational programs. The track club, which started in 1972, includes runners of all ages. The club - which just took over the floundering Santa Barbara Youth Track Club - recently sponsored the 25th Annual All County Youth Championships.
