Williams to Star in Recycling Telenovela

Santa Barbara City Councilmember Das Williams will star in a city-produced telenovela extolling the virtues of recycling. The plot involves a “fair maiden” romantically entangled with a ruffian who does not recycle. Williams will play an eco-minded studmuffin who sweeps her off her feet, winning her heart because he recycles. The production will air on the City of Santa Barbara’s public access station.
