A civil jury trial to hear accusations brought by four former employees of American Indian Health and Services began on 5/24 in Judge Joseph Brown’s courtroom, with the plaintiffs contending that director Al Granados fired the executive staffers because they were not Indian, thus violating anti-discrimination laws.
