    TDR Review Continues at Planning Commission

    In a 4-1 vote last week, the Santa Barbara County Planning Commission acknowledged that a partial transfer of development rights (TDR) is feasible for the planned luxury home development on the Santa Barbara Ranch property popularly known as Naples. With the commission’s support, the locally unprecedented TDR program will now go before the county Board of Supervisors for a review of the program’s details.
