Students Protest Bank of America

As part of a National Day of Action by the Rainforest Action Network, three demonstrators staged a protest at an ATM on UCSB’s campus at about 10 a.m. on 11/16. Observed by two Bank of America employees who drove up from Los Angeles, the three set up a “global warming crime scene” and tried to educate students about Bank of America’s role in financing coal-produced carbon dioxide emissions.
