Minor Earthquake Rocks SB

No, it wasn’t a large truck driving by. According to the U.S. Geological Survey, an earthquake measuring 3.4 on the Richter scale shook Santa Barbara at 6:45 p.m. on 11/16. Its epicenter was pinpointed as being three miles from downtown Santa Barbara’s coast. Just ten minutes later, a second quake-2.6 on the Richter scale and about seven miles from downtown-rattled the city.
