City Appoints New Fire Marshal


The City of Santa Barbara Fire Department announced on 10/15 that Joe Poire has been promoted to the position of fire marshal. A city employee for more than 25 years who began as a police and fire communications specialist, Poire has been the supervisor of the Fire Prevention Bureau since 1999.
